Q: hello there! I'm a regular customer... I top up card (today 27.01.2010) for 3 pounds, and you charged me that money, but on my phone I had only 1,5 pounds... I don't know why... that's my number: 078460xxxxx. I'm waiting for second half of my card (1,5 pounds) I hope you will not let me down again in the future...
A: Unfortunately we haven't received a receipt from the network for the delivered message; as such we cannot award the credit until the network responds.
Could you please check the charges from your mobile provider, if you indeed have been charged and send us the confirmation by sending us a copy of the bill showing the charge then we will add the credit.
