Q: I've gone through the FAQs and couldn't find the answers to these questions: If I topup against my mobile number how long will this credit remain active assuming I haven't used it all? What is the minimum topup I can make for my mobile? If I topup will this enable you to take more money me needing to retopup?
A: For using our topup service to make cheap international calls, your credits will only be expired if there is no usage over three months. The minimum top up you can make is 3 pounds. And your top up will not enable us to charge you more than that.
