We recently were informed that for a brief period, between the 19/12/2007 to 04/01/2008, customers who were requesting topup’s via the topup product, were receiving a duplicate credit amount in error.
Please note that we are reclaiming the extra credit amount applied to these accounts. For customers who have already used some of the excess credit that was applied, we will not reclaim the used amount.
