The information we can provide is: currently we have more than 4,000 O2 users with this service and none got charged. If you are not sure, just have a try of one or two minutes, and check it out with your bill.

How can you make money by providing such a free service?
For example: you have signed a mobile contract with 500 free inclusive minutes, at a price of £20 a month. Are the 500 minutes really free? In fact you have to take the £20 into account - £20 for 500 minutes, which means 4p/min for your inclusive calls. If you use your free minutes to make international calls with our service, then we will share the 4p/min with your service provider - that is how we get paid.
